Delivery Details

Delivery is free within the Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs during business hours Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, no minimum purchase is required. Please call us to confirm whether delivery charges will apply.

A delivery fee may be incurred for deliveries outside of business hours and multi-destination deliveries of hampers and gift items. We will notify you of any cost prior to delivery.

A delivery fee will be applied to orders requiring time specific delivery to a boat for boat charters.

A packaging fee may be incurred for certain items, we will notify you of any cost prior to delivery.

For next day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 1pm weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday unless special arrangements have been made.

If you require delivery on a specific day or time, please specify and we will endeavour to deliver as per the instructions. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Anyone at the delivery address, who receives the goods, shall be presumed by De Vine Cellars to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Satisfactory evidence of proof of age of the person receiving the goods may be requested. If the person is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age, De Vine Cellars will refuse to deliver the goods. Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) or persons who fail to provide proof of age as accepted by De Vine Cellars. You must ensure that a person over the age of eighteen (18) years is available to accept the goods. If there is no one at the delivery address or satisfactory proof of age is not provided, De Vine Cellars may charge you an additional fee for re-delivery. Once you receive the goods you will be responsible if they become damaged, lost or stolen.

All deliveries must be signed for and will be taken as absolute proof of delivery.
